Join our AMI 12-18 Orientation information session to learn more about our 25-hour, fully virtual Orientation Workshop. Meet our team and discover how Train Montessori could be part of your Montessori journey!
The AMI Orientation 12-18 is a 25 hour workshop that will be held entirely online, enabling participants to more effectively organize their studies to complement their schedules, as well as having access to AMI trained practitioners, and fellow participants from around the world.

Practitioner inquiry is a way for practitioners to research their own communities, know their students' and themselves more deeply, and use this knowledge to improve learning outcomes.
Real-world work can awaken adolescents to their own capabilities. In this virtual workshop, we'll explore how meaningful projects and community partnerships can inspire responsibility, creativity, and a growing sense of contribution, all essential elements of thriving adulthood.
Join us for an engaging workshop exploring Montessori’s original concept of the Museum of Machines, a dynamic, hands-on space within the adolescent prepared environment where students investigate the evolution of tools, technology, and human work.
In this session, Montessori adolescent teachers will examine how these living spaces can support adolescents’ natural drive for meaningful work, creativity, accuracy, and ethical thinking.
Participants will also explore practical ways to adapt this powerful idea for today’s classrooms, helping adolescents connect human ingenuity with responsibility and positive contribution to their communities.
A vibrant community doesn't happen by accident; it unfolds through shared commitment and shared care. This virtual workshop offers inspiration and tools for cultivating a culture of trust, collaboration, and belonging in which every adolescent has a place and purpose, providing reassurance and security.
