Dates

• Learning Management System opens – March 29, 2026

• Tech Check on April 2, 2026 from 2:00PM - 3:00PM ET - Mandatory online meeting for course orientation and technology check. Failure to attend will result in immediate disenrollment from the course.

• Course dates are April 11 – April 23, 2026

Live Sessions

• Six mandatory live sessions via Zoom, 2:00PM – 3:30PM Eastern and 9:00AM - 12:00 noon Eastern.

  • Thursday, April 2 | 2:00 - 3:00PM ET (60 minutes) | Mandatory online meeting for course orientation and technology check. Failure to attend will result in immediate dis-enrollment from the course.)

  • Thursday, April 9 | 2:00 - 3:30PM ET (90 minutes)

  • Saturday, April 11 | 9:00AM -12:00PM ET (180 minutes)

  • Thursday, April 16 | 2:00 - 3:30PM ET (90 minutes)

  •  Saturday, April 18 | 9:00AM -12:00PM ET (180 minutes)

  • Thursday, April 23 | 2:00 - 3:30PM ET (90 minutes)

  • Course facilitators will be available for an additional 30-minute optional discussion after class

  • Final Observation assignment due before LMS closes on Thursday, May 7, 2026

  • Approximately five, 3-hours asynchronous work sessions will be completed through a Learning Management System

• Live sessions will be held from 2:00PM - 3:30PM ET on Thursdays and 9:00AM - 12:00PM ET on Saturdays. Please note that all live sessions are in Eastern Time (New York City). Please use the timezone converter to check your availability for live sessions.
