Dates

• Learning Management System opens – August 2, 2026

• Tech Check on August 5, 2026 from 8:00PM - 9:00PM ET - Mandatory online meeting for course orientation and technology check. Failure to attend will result in immediate disenrollment from the course.

• Course dates are August 12 – August, 26 2026

Live Sessions

• Six mandatory live sessions via Zoom, 8:00PM – 9:30PM Eastern and 12:00PM - 3:00PM Eastern.

  • Wednesday, August 5 | 8:00 - 9:00PM ET (60 minutes) | Mandatory online meeting for course orientation and technology check. Failure to attend will result in immediate dis-enrollment from the course.)

  • Wednesday, August 12 | 8:00 - 9:30PM ET (90 minutes)

  • Saturday, August 15 | 12:00PM -3:00PM ET (180 minutes)

  • Wednesday, August 19 | 8:00 - 9:30PM ET (90 minutes)

  •  Saturday, August 22 | 12:00PM - 3:00PM ET (180 minutes)

  • Wednesday, August 26 | 8:00 - 9:30PM ET (90 minutes)

  • Course facilitators will be available for an additional 30-minute optional discussion after class

  • Final Observation assignment due before LMS closes on Wednesday, September 9, 2026

  • Approximately five, 3-hours asynchronous work sessions will be completed through a Learning Management System

Time

• Live sessions will be held from 8:00PM - 9:30PM ET on Wednesdays and 12:00PM - 3:00PM ET on Saturdays. Please note that all live sessions are in Eastern Time (New York City). Please use the timezone converter to check your availability for live sessions.
